I'm sorry to hear about your friend's situation but I am glad we are here to help. Please feel free to have her or your mom call our 24-hour hotline number at 886-0935 if you need anything at all. We are also a National Safe Place which means that if someone needs a ride to our shelter, they can go to any Tops Market or get on an NFTA bus (free fare) and say they need a Safe Place. The staff there is trained to contact out shelter where professionals can help get them to the shelter if they want.
